Herbert von Karajan's quote fits the topic of leadership better than ever: "In times of ever more rapid change and increasing planning uncertainty, the classic management model is being put to the test. In our management workshops, we look at different forms of musical cooperation from the perspective of their management: How does a good conductor steer the "company orchestra"? How does a bandleader create room for improvisation? Which leadership style leads to the goal? And how does the manager create an atmosphere that is both motivating and supportive as well as respectful and trusting?

The participants of our leadership workshops take on the position of the team as well as the conductor or bandleader and thus experience the different perspectives of the same company. This results in unusual insights that serve as reflection and lead to a change in one's own actions.
